Hotel Policies
- Prices all in USD.
- As with all Caye Caulker hotels, Govt Hotel Tax at 9% will be added to your bill
- Penthouses sleep 4. Other units sleep 6 with sofa bed. If over 4 guests, $20 added per extra guest.
- Our two person / 1 room online booking rate is for use of one bedroom only. The other room is locked and if required we will adjust to the two room rate locally.
- 2nd bedrooms on 1st floor units configurable as 2 singles or as a king. Let us know your preference.
- For bookings under 3 nights an additional $30 is payable locally.
- Rates include a weekly cleaning and laundry service.
- On-request laundry service available on a per item basis.
- Daily clean option available for $10 per unit per day, payable locally.
Deposit & Cancellations
Deposit - 50% required to confirm a reservation.
Balance - on arrival by Visa/Mastercard, travelers check or cash.
Cancellations - must be confirmed by email or fax.
At least 45 days prior: Full refund less $30 admin fee
30 - 44 days prior: 25% of booking charged
15 - 29 days prior: 50% of booking charged
8 - 14 days prior: 75% of booking charged
0 – 7 days prior: 100% of booking charged
